How to Apply
The Conservation Alliance is a group of outdoor businesses that supports efforts to protect specific wild places for their habitat and recreation values.
Before applying for funding, an organization must first be nominated by one of our member companies. Click here for a list of members. Members nominate organizations by completing an submitting a nomination form. We will then send each nominated organization a request for proposal (RFP) instructing them how to submit a full request.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PROPOSALS FROM ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE NOT FIRST NOMINATED.
The Conservation Alliance conducts two funding cycles annually. Deadlines for those cycles are:
Summer Cycle:
Nominations due May 1
Proposals due June 10
Grants announced early October
Winter Cycle:
Nominations due November 1
Proposals due December 10
Grants announced early April
Grant requests should not exceed $35,000.
