To designate a new Flathead National Park as an extension of Waterton Lakes National Park into British Columbia, establish a legislated Wildlife Management Area between the B.C. – Montana border and Banff National Park, and establish up to three new wilderness areas in southeast B.C. and one new wilderness area across the border in Montana, protecting more than one-million-acre area overall.
