To acquire 60,000  acres  in  eastern  Ohio  that  include  28  miles  of  hiking  trails, 40 miles of horse trails, 10 miles of mountain bike trails, 600 lakes and​ ​ponds​ ​stocked​ ​for​ ​fishing,​ ​6​ ​developed​ ​campgrounds,​ ​and​ ​​~​380​ ​primitive​ ​campsites.
