Increase recreational access and conservation protections for critical riparian habitat along 175 miles of the Lower Yellowstone River in far eastern Montana by creating three new state parks, supporting the acquisition of between 10 and 15 new conservation and recreation access sites, and improving critical infrastructure in the area.
