CPAWS-BC protects wilderness in every corner of B.C. and deep into the ocean. They create and safeguard large parks, protected areas and wilderness corridors – places like the Tatshenshini, Muskwa Kechika, Northern Rockies, Pacific Rim, Gwaii Haanas and Bowie Seamount.

CPAWS-BC’s work centers around public lands and oceans. They seek specific wilderness conservation from provincial, federal and First Nations governments. Their goal is to create large, meaningful protected areas with ecological strength – places that can nurse nature through climate change and shelter biodiversity forever.
