The Foothills Water Network is a coalition of conservation and recreation groups whose mission is to protect and enhance aquatic ecosystem health and recreation opportunities in more than 350 miles of the interlinked Yuba, Bear, and American Rivers in California. The organization focuses on negotiating protective conditions in the relicensing of hydropower projects on the Yuba, Bear, and American Rivers.
