2023 Year In Review: Celebrating the Year’s Efforts & Victories

This time of year brings reflection, forward thinking, and appreciation for all that was accomplished over the past year. 2023 was a precedent setting year for The Conservation Alliance (TCA) and we wanted to share our successes with you, a member and cherished partner of TCA. Your support has allowed us to:

  • Protect more than 11.7 million acres, 40 river miles, remove a dam and cancel oil and gas leases in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge
  • Award $2.1M to 49 organizations working to protect wild places and outdoor spaces across the U.S. and Canada
  • Award $400,000 in multi-year grants to four groups addressing social and environmental needs of under-represented communities
  • Organize a coalition of more than 30 businesses campaigning to permanently protect up to 3 million acres through the Mobilizing for Monuments coalition
  • Hold 100 meetings with lawmakers in D.C. on priority issues, and bring 30 member businesses to D.C. to meet with decision-makers from both sides of the aisle
  • Welcome 36 new members representing the outdoor, hunt, fish, CPG, tech, media, finance, automotive, and supply chain industries
  • Organize the first ever TCA Summit where we convened more than 100 member companies

Thank you for an outstanding year and for supporting our vision of a planet where wild places, wildlife, and people thrive together! We look forward to continuing to work with you in 2024!
