Tackling Climate Change and Environmental Injustice Lands

The Center for American Progress is working with Alaska-based and national conservation and recreation partners to ensure the Biden administration finalizes a strong decision on D-1 lands and to set up defense against efforts to block or unwind that decision. Their forthcoming report, video, and related advocacy will help educate and engage key national-level allies and frame up this decision as an unmatched opportunity to meet the administration’s conservation and equity commitments and to respond to the calls of Alaska Native Tribes.
