Fifty-two Conservation Alliance member companies from across the United States and Canada joined us a letter to Secretary of Agriculture, Sonny Perdue, urging him to uphold the National Roadless Area Conservation Rule (Roadless Rule). The letter was sent to the Secretary and his team at the United States Department of Agriculture as attempts to dismantle the Roadless Rule heat up.
HR 1146 – the Arctic Cultural and Coastal Plain Protection Act – was introduced in February of 2019 by Congressman Huffman (CA-2) and today it has the support of 179 cosponsors from 34 states! Best news? It is moving quickly through the legislative process.

Conservation Alliance grantees funded in 2018 reported seven conservation victories, permanently protecting 1,346,331 acres, 379 river miles and one climbing area.
When 235 companies pool resources, the results are remarkable. Thanks to our member companies, we are on track to award $2-million in funding in 2019 to grassroots conservation organizations across North America.
